If I got you upset with my point of view, I apologize. I just want to hear some facts that support the way you think. I can be a mental midget at times and that's why I need to have intellectuals such as yourself, show me why my view is wrong. Don't go away all bent out of shape. Our scientific knowledge of many reptile species has been greatly increased by hobbyists who keep and observe animals in cages. I am a strong advocate of keeping an animal in a captive environment that is as close to it's natural surroundings as possible.

All the captive offspring that are bought and sold once came from wild caught parents at one time, so I guess based on your principles, those are a no no too?
