"Venomous Reptiles of Latin America" by Campbell and Lamar, they have all of them (most anyways) pictured. If you can't find a copy or don't have one, the new one ("Venomous Reptiles of the Western Hemisphere" by Campbell, Lamar, and Greene) will be out soon and you will want to buy it as the current one has been out of print for sometime and are going for ~250 dollars or more. As for the internet, check out the various Crotalus sites overseas (especially the Germans) as many of them have pictures of some of the really rare stuff. Hope that helps...
