Carolina red pygmies

I would like to get a couple Carolina red pygmy neonates, but I am afraid that they won't eat and perish.

I have assist fed baby sidewinders that wouldn't eat, with a pinky pump, but 80% of them died because they would regurgitate and suffocate on the food item. Lizard scenting and/or splicing the front of pinkies, and lizard legs, has not worked for me

Any experiences with the Carolina red pygmy neonates would be appreciated.
