Well, The C.v.oregonus that I have also is an olive green. very beautiful indeed. I captured mine in the Winston, Oregon area. Beautiful snakes it is just to bad that people in the area go out of their way to run them over on the roads since that is when they are most likely to be encountered during the late evening.
