They arent that difficult to start. I would try pink mice at first (very tiny ones) some may pick right up some may not. A good source for those who dont are small frogs such as peepers or most any small ranid. you can feed them after there first shed, keep um warm and they will become pretty adult pigs. hope it helps,

:My son brought home a pygmy rattlesnake back in April of this year. We decided to keep it. Yesterday, I found 3 babies in her cage with her. Can anyone tell me what and how soon to feed them?
