mold/fungus on eggs....

Well, i have three clutches in the incubator and one clutch has 3 eggs with mold/fungus on it. I have seperated them from the rest of the clutch. Is this spreadable? and how do I prevent it from spreading? Also, is there anything I can do to help the chances for the fungusy eggs? Two are sorta small and sluggish ( i should probably chuck them), but the third one is very healthy and robust looking. I need any ideas I can get. Maybe an anti-fungal cream?
