::Antibiotic ointment like polysporin, might be a good idea, but if you have sand as substrate, he will end up with sand glued all over the face . Better watch him closely for the next few days and at the first sign , if its just a minor scratch.

Just dab a tiny bit on the nose, wont hurt even if bam Bam licks it. Watch and see if this aggressive eating behavoir continues, where the female fights him for a cricket to the point of biting, you may have to feed them seperately, OR this could have just been an isolated incident. Maybe you only put in a cricket or 2 and they saw it at the same time, I don't know just watch them and see , when you feed them next ! :0) Eve
