The female collard (Juliet) that we bought for the male (Josh) has a problem with her ear holes (I think). We purchased her on Sept. 26 and she has been doing great, but I just noticed yesterday that her ear holes do not look like his. When we bought her she was still shedding from her back feet. Yesterday I noticed her rubbing her head down against the basking rock. One ear hole has a thin layer of what appears to be scales that have not sluffed off; however, it is completeley connected all around the ear hole. The other ear hole looks like it is clogged full of dried up or dead scales. Josh's ear holes are clear and deep. Since I've only had them for 2 weeks I don't know if this is normal or not. Can somebody tell me what this might be and what your experiences have been?
Thanks,
Dean
