With 64 grams of vermiculite, you should only be adding about 42 grams of water. 185 would be way way too wet. Make it easy and just weigh out 100 grams of vermiculite and add 60 to 65 grams of water. Humidity will stay constant in a sealed container, but if vent holes are used, you should periodically weigh the entire container and add water in the amount of any weight lost. You should candle the eggs to make sure they're fertile. Here's a pic of a good egg. Notice the pink ring and veins on the lower right which is only there when the egg is good, a solid yellow color is present when the egg is infertile.
