I can only tell you what I saw I have no reason to make things up. And he did it again yesterday- the rapid head bobs that he only does when he is attempting to copulate. The juvinile female is getting better at deflecting his amourous advances as she is so quick and is able to twist and turn very sharply.
He's not nearly as persistant as he is when the adult female rejects him though. he only tries once at a time where as when he tries it with the adult female he tries several times chasing her all around until she finally goes underground.

Unless this is a male juvie but at 9 months I would think you would see the bulges under the tail.

Isn't Never-Never Land in Nevada and how close where his parents captured from there.....Hmmmmmm....could this could be the rea son for this behaviour?
