I've always designed my cham enclosures with screen bottoms and around sweater tubs as catch basins. I drill a 3/8" hole near the bottom of the sweater tub and silicone a 3/8" vinyl tube in place, I then run this tube into a clean milk jug. Voila simple drainage.
