The only animals you can't collect are the eastern indigo snake and the gopher tortoise. I believe you are not allowed to collect the Florida pine snake but can keep one if it's captive born. You can collect anywhere you have permission from a landowner. Corn snakes make a nice pet and are in the areas you were asking about.
