Researching, and need help.

Hey
Does anyone know a good care sheet for JCPs? I know the basics but never found information regarding cage size. What is the minimum dim.? Would a cage 4' long 3' high and 2' deep be big enough for an adult? And how do you guys heat your cages? Then lastly my stupid question that trult makes me feel stupid but do snakes need UVB bulbs like lizards? Sorry for all the questions but I plan to get a JCP this summer and researching is what I do.
