Boaphile racks kind of conduct heat onto the shelves a little too. Measure the floor of the tub at the back, and throw some newspaper or substrate in there to trap the heat a little. Heating the air takes alot of power, more than Flexwatt puts out possibly (depends on your ambient room temp), but heating a surface is much easier. You might be fine.
