Hi Audri,

If this drawer type of project does not work out there are other ways to be able to see your snakes in a rack system.

The easiest and most attractive is to use Cambro Polycarbonate boxes to make a rack system. Another is to take solid colored trays and route out a window and add acrylic or glass.

Both of these can be done to make very cheap cages.

With both methods you end up with a box slightly bigger than a standard Rubbermaid sweater box.

I have another option that I'm still working the kinks out on. Feel free to e-mail me for a basic idea of what I'm doing.
