Sounds like she might have been sneezing/coughing. Sounds like she as an R.I. (respiratory infection). Keep a close eye on her until you get her to the vet, which you should do ASAP, if she ever does it again, or you notice bubbles coming from her nose or mouth, it is definetly an R.I. EVen if you don't notice anymore coughing or bubbles at hte mouth, go to the Vet anyways and get a checkup.
