I suggest rinsing the burm's face.. get all the lysol off, it could potentially be very dangerious.
In the future, incase of any bites like this, Try warm/hot water on their face/body instead of Lysol. They will almost immedietly let go. If there isnt any of that available, I hear that alochol on their face will make them let go as well, such as burbon or wiskey.
I've used the warm water technique before.. he let go instantly.
