Your very welcome for the comments Alan, it was a great article. I wish there were more information out there on pits, it would be nice to get something started for a book on these snakes. Maybe a petition or even just some ideas for authors, etc? Just a few thoughts i've been kicking around. Pits are great pet snakes, but it seems like a lot of people believe they are mean, hard to take care of, etc. At least a lot of people seem surprised when i tell them i keep so many pits and want so many more. They say "arent' they mean and hard to keep alive?" I always explain how great they are for pets, but a new book with updated information would be great. Any ideas from others?
Thanks again Alan, great article.
Gregg F.
