Sonoran Gopher Snake size question

Just curious to know what is the average length/width the snake will be fully grown? Also, what is the average length of time it will take them to grow to full size.

I got my first pit, a juvie sonoran gopher, around november of 2002, and he/she had really grown fast! When i got it, it was about maybe 5 inches or so, and now he/she is well over a foot. Is this quick spurt because of it's young age? Or do they grow that fast throughout their lives? Thanks.
