Size / temperment of Pine, bull , gopher

I am new to these snakes. I raised some red tailed boas in the past and loved them. I was thinking of getting a smaller snake now. One that is impressive in size, yet not as bulky as the boa. I would also like to use the snake in presentations with children. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
