:It may be a unuaually large gulf coast box turtle, as they get quite large. I have heard that eastern box turtles on Long Island can get very large, like 12 inches!
hey guys, this turtle looks just like the wood turtle on this forum page but thte info i found on the web says they only live in northeastern states. could it be ?
