Very Wierd

hey guys i think i have a problem here ... well my boa shed like 3 days ago ( i helped it out a bit) well after that i offered a mouse it refused it ... so i was handling it i realized that there is like two ball-like structre over the vent so i put it back in the tank an hour later i find this huge "poop" then when i held it again i just found one ball-like structure .. so there is one do you think that its another poop or what .... cause im soo worried and i tryed feeding him again and he refused ... in the mean time i soaked him in water... so what do u think is the thing in him is ??? thank you
