It sounds like you've waited way too long to help her. :( I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you both though.

She's probably dehydrated as well which would also cause severe weakness and may account for her laying on her side. Dehydration does throw off the equillibrium. Maybe soaking her in gatorade (or other fluid specifically for rehydration) will help her.

Then you could try force-feeding her small amounts of easily digestible foods...Maybe those snake "sausages" might work because the fuzzface is already ground up. Digesting a whole fuzzface probably takes a lot of work/calories that she can't afford to spare.

First thing, like someone else already said, I'd take her to a vet as soon as possible.

:I purchased a red tail boa that has not eaten now in months, and it is weak and laying on its side...I force fed it successfully one mouse about 2 weeks ago and I am going to do it again after this post. I just don’t know what is wrong with her, but she is definitely looking bad the way some of her body is on its side. She almost looks like she is bent and doesn’t want to/can not straighten. Also I just noticed how I could feel her bones crackle when I picked her up she is so weak. Does anyone know what is going on with her? And why she will not eat? I tried dead, alive, fresh stunned offerings with both rats and mice with no luck. Her cage substrate is the coconut bricks you add to water, I keep it relatively moist, and its temp is controlled to always be 80F at one end and ambient at the other. The water bowl is large enough for her to get in and it is changed weekly never going dry. The only light source is the indirect sunlight or overhead room incandescent lighting.
