I think my dumeril has a RI? Please help.

I have had my Dumeril for about 2 weeks now, I have not been able to get her to eat yet. Yesterday I opened her cage to attempt to get her to eat, I then heard a wheerrrrllllll noise (not snotty or girgly sounding). I am not sure if she was hissing or wheezing? I see no signs of mucus arrounf her mouth or nose. I turned her temps up to 90 on the hot side and 86 on the cooler side to try to combat it if it is a RI. Any advice? A vet trip is planned for Thursday.
