Hi.If your looking for a handling pet I would look for a blue tongue skink,but be careful to see where it comes from as some from different parts of the contry can be nasty.If your looking for a lizard that is semi handleable then I would get a savanna(I have one of these)or a blackthroat monitor,but make sure you get them when there babys so you can tame them.this is just my oppinion.
