beginer lizards?

I have a 35g tank, and was thing about getting a lizard, or salamander, what species of lizards do not require alot of care(doesn't need alot of humidity, doesn't get to big, doesn't hibernate, doesn't cost alot) and are handlable?
I already have 2, 3 toed box turtles that I have had for 6 years and are well cared for, so I'm not to much of a beginer
