Longtail Grass Lizard Problem!!!

i have a full grown longtail and i noticed this morning that he has a bump on his upper side of his body,just in front of his back legs. and now he is just dragging his back legs, he isn't walking on them at all. does anyone have any idea what might be happening?? any info would be greatly appreciated.
