I've seen sites that contradict each other on whether carrots are good or not. I gave finely shredded carrots to my beardies once and then later the same day read that it wasn't very good for them. Today I read at http://www.geocities.com/borderviewdragons/ that carrots were OK for them.

What's the real scoop?
