Hi. I'm a fairly new beardy owner but I did have a green iguana for a long time and, as far as I know from that experience, the femoral pores can be found in a row on the underside of each thigh on the hind leg. They're the openings of glands that excrete chemicals that are believed to be used in marking and sexual behaviours. They can be kind of handy when it comes to sexing iguanas (though I'm not so sure this is the case for beardies) as the pores tend to be larger and more pronounced in males.
