yeah he went doody this morning, thanks! and what are femoral pores??

::i've had my beardie for awhile, and just today i noticed that there was something coming out of his anus in the shape of a U it is an amber yellow color the thick part comes out of his anus then the thin part goes back in... i put him in a luke warm bath to see if he had to poo, but nothing then my dad noticed he had about 7 bumps on his legs.. they look like black heads on a human face... from leg to leg... what is this?? what do i do?!?!?!

:The dots on his legs are femoral pores. That's completely normal.

:As for the other stuff, could be dried urates, this is just the white part of the poop. A nice long soak should have softened it up enough to make it loose and possibly removable, BUT don't pull on it. When was the last time he did a doodie? If he doesn't poop after a long warm soak, and provided he's had a good meal today, you may want to take him to vet.
