I think it sounds like vitamin A toxicity, but you would have to take it to a vet to be sure. If you do a search on it in this forum, you'll see where it is suggested to give it cabbage, if he won't eat it, gutload crickets with cabbage. Since he's not eating at all, that's a problem.
But again, before you try this, see a herp vet. It could be something totally different.
It sounds like something is very wrong and needs immediate attention.
