What do you mean "I found him hanging from his cage upside down"
Was he hanging upside down on a covering for a time and you took him down and he did that or did you mean he fell and then was doing that? You mentioned he was jumping around first... can you explain, I did not understand if you thought he had fallen prior to this?
IS he supporting his neck at all?
