Dented, cracking, unshed eye caps = some form of dehydration.

:It could also be an unshed eye cap becuase my snake retained his eye aps and it looks like that and I took him to the vet and the vet said that it was still attached in places so he could get it off, so after you soak him and it is still like that it is probably just an eye cap.
