I know the feeling. I was also relieved when my female juvi BP finally ate after ignoring food for a month. I know that's not unheard of, but it still makes you a bit nervous. Feeding has turned out to be the toughest part of owning BPs. Though I won't be breeding until later this year, so I'm not sure how tough that will be. From what I hear from you folks, its VERY nerve-racking.
I have a 'feeding tank' with a hide box and seperate heating, that I can isolate the tough feeders. Its darker and a bit warmer, but I don't like using it unless I've tried everything else. I'm still trying to break two other adults of live food, with little success. I don't like feeding small live rats to my BPs...dont want them getting scratched up.
