i think you brought up a huge point, excercise! if they get nothing else from the handling sessions they at least get the excercise that they don't really get in tupperware tubs.
i bet your right on the lack of stress part as well....simply because you have got them in the habit of being handled. they don't expect you to eat them anymore, so why be stressed around you. seems to me the handling sessions would have to be kept rather short holding that many snakes in a day. i think that goes a long way in the process too. overhandling is what causes stress..IMO....small doses are great...but several hours, in the car, at the mall, etc... is not! i think that's where a lot of new keepers go wrong.
