the pricing structure, all variables considered (and wild "rumors" discounted), seems fine, this is how the very high end market works.

but i certainly agree with Tim here, this is a HORRIBLE way to build a reputation and to start customer relations, if there is such a huge beef, it needs to be taken up with Kevin privately, not poorly aired out on this forum.
