I've recently picked some up but have (thankfully) not had occasion to use it. I plan to use it on any future animals I buy as a preventative measure. I don't doubt it is very effective based on the recommendations from reputable breeders. As far as the label, while it specifically does not say for use on reptiles, it does say for use on "pet bedding" and "sleeping quarters" to kill ticks and fleas. There is no restriction as to the type of pet. I consider my snakes pets, the newspaper substrate bedding, and their cages sleeping quarters. This is not stretching the truth. I can't help it if in the attempt to prevent ticks on my snakes there are some incidental mite casualties. As far as I'm concerned, I am following the label to the letter.

I will add that the label specifically says not to apply it to animals (again, no specific mention as to type).
