Breeding Argentina Horned frogs in Tropical climate?

Hi, I am from tropical Singapore. Currently I am keeping 3 Argentina Horned frogs,Ceratophrys ornata. I understand that the frogs needs to go through a peroid of drying and cool temperature, and subsequent rain fall in order to achieve breeding condition. It is very difficult here in the tropics to simulate a fall in temperature, so I am wondering if anyone here has successfully condition these frogs for breeding in a tropical setting perhaps with only a drying peroid followed by rain fall. Any suggestions would be welcome.
