My tree frog is still relatively small... two and a half inches snout to vent, and about two inches across.
If I understand correctly, there is often a significant variation in tadpole growth rate between different species, different frogs, and even within the same brood. It could be that you have tadpoles from a number of different frogs, or even from different species.
Alternately, it could just be that slightly different conditions at the time of fertilization, laying, hatching, or early growth have resulted in different growth rates of the tadpoles. Hard to say really.
Are you keeping any of the frogs in terrariums or aquariums?
