Indonesia closing?

I have heard this rumor running around now that Indo will close completely sometime in Feb. This coincides with a CITES meeting that is being held at the beginning of that month, but they only have jurisdiction over CITES listed animals, so I do not understand why everyone seems to think they are closing completely. Has anyone heard anything, or more specifically, does anyone KNOW anything beyond the staple gossip that seems to be floating around?
