Very small insect usually found in Bathroom! What is it!!!

I have found several very small worm like insects that have a coccoon type back! From 1 metre away it looks like an ant carrying a small [art of a moth wing, but when you get up close you can see taht it is infact a small coccoon with the tiny bug inside it with a few legs outside of it whilst it moves around the room.

It is usually found in the bathroom! But i just found one in the bedroom beside the bathroom!


Any hel what this is and where it is coming from???
