Mantella frogs can heat stress at temps over 80. The humidity can vary between 65-100%. In that bog type tank humidity should not be a problem. The water should be shallow they are not good swimmers(no webbed toes). I would also check ammonia and nitrate levels monthly in that type of tank. If the frogs excrete more waste than the plants can handle the ammonia levels will become toxic. A good aquarium shop should have a book you can look at for which plants make better bog plants.
