In my own experience with tincs I've found that they enjoy bodies of water from time to time. I think they especially like picking off the helpless fruit flies that get trapped in the water. I've also seen some recent posts that attest to this notion of water-loving tincs, so provide a body of water, just don't make it too large or too deep. Best,
