Fungus gnats

Anyone know if a venus flytrap or some kind of carnivous plants inside the tank will get rid of these guys. I searched around for ways to get rid of them but other then drying out the soil or using chemicals im stuck with them. Reason i am asking is because thanx to these little guys no one in my house will allow me to get more frogs:)
