i would do a search on google for acrylic piano hinges or something like that. i found this site, but I have never ordered from them.

:Where does one purchase a piano hinge? I was using a ten gallon vertical for my Phyllomedusa hypochondrialis (glass siliconed 1/4 on the bottom, screen the other 3/4, side opening). I have now moved this animal to a new enclosure, and wish to convert the screen to glass for more darts. I had been using clear duct tape as my "hinge" as I really didn't find any hinges that would work. I appreciate you letting me know where to find this perfect hinge!
