WHy not make your own. i know most petstores have rigid airline tubing for use inside of the thing for liek 50 cents for a 3 foot legnth. you could use a 3L soda bottel for the reaction chamber. drill 2 holes ( one input one output) in the lid....maybe you could cram filter floss inside it to do the same job as the sopnge does...maybe a 25w aquarium heater could also be added to the home made version to raise temp and humidity. save your $20 or maybe use it to buy a much better air pump. i know from personal experience that thr Rena Air air pumps are VERY VERY quiet. for a larger scale device you could use a 5G water bottle ( the kind used for water coolers). Just an idea. Chris
