Your enclosure size in ratio to your population is sufficient. But when it comes to bullies, drastic measures should always be considered. If the 80 gallons of volume do not prove to be sufficient in preventing stress to the subordinate Anole, than sadly you'll need to liberate the aggresor to her own enclosure.
