70% is around the max range for an Anole, though brown Anoles seem to have more tolerance for environmental extremes than other small Anoles.

I don't mean to stray into a subtext here, but I would like to pose some suggestions for your consideration. Not everyone, but a lot of Anole keepers are against the mixture of Anoles with other species. Sometimes it is hard to refute, such as an Anole with a small tree frog, or an Anole with a house gecko. But with a water dragon, I must kindly implore that you separate them as soon as you can. Juvenile water dragons need huge enclosures. About 60 gallons or so. So if your tank is 70+ gallons, than for a temporary amount of time it is ok. They're both arboreal semitropical/tropical diurnal insectivores. But even a juvenile water dragon is relatively bigger than an Anole, thus needing food items much bigger than an Anole. And a much bigger occupant is highly likely to stress an Anole, and it could definitely injure an Anole if they ever fought. But water dragons need slightly different environments, slightly, and it will also soon outgrow the Anole significantly, posing even more of a threat.

For more information on why I believe you should not mix other species with Anoles, please see my care guide's "Population control" page.
