Alligator Lizard Eggs

My a.l. layed 13 eggs a week ago that looked like yellow lemon drop candies. They do not look like traditional eggs. Is this normal? I have them in a plastic container on moist sand with a few airholes. However, they are getting "furry" and appear to be molding. Is there anything I can do to save these eggs?
