Can someone tell me what it is

It appears to be a Southern Alligator Lizard (Elgaria multicarinata)

what it eats?

Appropriately sized insects, possibly even very small mice.

Temp it should be at?

Alligator lizards are generally comfortable at any temperature humans would consider "room temperature."

Should i let it go?

I doubt that this species would be able to survive in Las Vegas. You might consider taking it to a "herp-oriented" pet shop in your area, if such exists.
